Bought this for my partner for Xmas (he had been talking about it for months!). It came with a handwritten note which he loved, and the fabric was so unexpectedly soft, like a mix between velour and velvet. Really really nice quality.

There isn't anything wrong with the sweater. The shipping and delivery were terrible I never recieved this item.
